Customer Reviews
Good Tulum tour
Booked Tulum ruins excursion. Pickup was on time. Guide was informative. Ruins were impressive. Smooth experience overall. No issues.
Absolutely loved the jungle tour!
I just did the jungle tour with Cancun Adventures and it was amazing! The ATV adventure was a blast, and then we got to swim in a cenote which was so refreshing. Our guide was fantastic, super friendly and made sure everyone was having a good time. I'm already planning my next trip with them, maybe the whale shark tour. You should definitely book with them!
Consistent great service
This was my third time booking with Cancun Adventures, and they delivered again. I booked the Coba ruins tour this time. Like my previous experiences with their snorkeling and Chichen Itza tours, the pickup was on time and the guides were knowledgeable. They're reliable, which is why I keep coming back for my Cancun trips.
Decent Chichen Itza trip
I took the Chichen Itza tour and it was mostly good. The ruins were incredible, and our guide shared a lot of interesting history. The bus was comfortable for the long ride, but the lunch stop felt a bit rushed. Overall, it was a solid tour for seeing the site, just wish we had a little more time to relax during the meal break.
Fun day on Isla Mujeres
Just got back from the Isla Mujeres trip and it was really fun! The catamaran ride was smooth and the crew kept everyone laughing. We had enough time to walk around the island and do some snorkeling. My friends and I had a great time, totally worth it for a chill day out.
Great value on snorkeling
I was looking for a good deal on a snorkeling tour and found one with Cancun Adventures. The price was really fair, especially with the early booking discount I got. The whole experience, from booking to the actual tour, felt worth what I paid. We saw lots of fish and the equipment was decent. Good value for money if you're on a budget.

I'm looking at a jungle tour with zip lining and ATVs. What kind of stuff should I bring with me?
what's their cancellation policy like if something comes up? Or if it rains for the outdoor tours?
Are Cancun Adventures tours legit? Heard some horror stories about tour operators down there.
Are their prices usually better than like, Viator or TripAdvisor for the same tours?
Hey, wondering about the Chichen Itza tour. Does it include lunch or should we pack something?
